Students leading the march past at the Annual Sports

Play builds health, courage and team spirit. This is how sport fits into the school year.

The high point of the year is the Annual Sports. It opens with a march past of the school's four houses: Swami Satchidananda Ashram (Red House), Swami Vedananda Ashram (Green House), Swami Jogananda Ashram (Blue House) and Swami Nikhilananda Ashram (Yellow House).

Through the year, students play cricket, volleyball, badminton, kho-kho and other games on the school premises, and train for the Inter House Competition. The Inter House sports are held at the nearby Astabal Playground, and the Annual Sports at another ground.
